Payment Options:

  • Cash (Please do not send cash in the mail or drop boxes)

  • Check

  • Money Order

  • Visa/Master Card:  If you choose to pay with Visa/MasterCard there are fees attached to this type of payment.   There is a $1.00 processing fee along with 2% of amount paid, credit card fee.  The customer, in addition to the amount owing, pays these additional fees.

  • E-check:  If you choose to pay by e-check there are fees attached to this type of payment.  There is a $1.00 processing fee, and a $1.00 bank fee, which are paid by the customer in addition to the amount owing. 
  • Automatic payment withdrawal (Bank Draft):  You may sign up for your monthly billing to automatically come out of your checking or savings account.  You will still receive a monthly bill and the payment is deducted on the 20th of each month or closest business day. Customers must fill out an authorization form for this. For more information about this option, click here.

Customers may pay their bill by mail using the return envelope provided or in person at Utility Customer Service Dept., 316 N Park, Room 150, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.  There is also a drop box in the Capital Hill Mall next to the pay phone, near the public restrooms and one across from the Basecamp on Broadway, in the island.
