Adoption of 2009 International Energy Conservation & 2009 International Fire Code (PDF)

Seismic Design Category according to the 2006 International Building Code (IBC), typically D0 or as calculated by International Building Code, Chapter 16 based on site specific soil conditions.

• Wind Load - f 3s - 90 mph, f fm - 75 mph
• Snow Load - 30 psf minimum
• Frost Depth - 42" minimum to bottom of footing.

No buildings, structures, solar greenhouses, off-street parking spaces, fences, walls or landscaping shall be constructed or allowed to grow on any corner lot so as to impede vision of vehicular or pedistrian  traffic.
