The Helena Fire Department currently enforces the 1997 Edition of the Uniform Fire Code with fire-related ordinances in 3-9 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9) of Helena City Code. These codes are applied during construction plan reviews and inspections of existing buildings.
Helena Parks and Recreation Department: 447-8463
The Helena Parks and Recreation Department helps implement the Comprehensive Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan and enforces the landscaping and park space requirements for subdivision and zoning review.
Helena Area Transportation Council (HATS): 447-1580
HATS is the public transit provider for the Helena Valley Area.
