The Planning Division strives to meet the long term challenges faced by our City by developing and maintaining Helena’s Growth Policy, which is the foundational guiding policy document that establishes the long-term vision for the City of Helena. Here at Helena VISION you can get detailed information about the 2001 City of Helena Growth Policy and learn more about the ongoing update process.

The City will hold a series of public meetings on the Growth Policy. A schedule of upcoming meetings will be posted on the Community Development Calendar.
