PRE-APPLICATION MEETING

Pre-application meetings are an integral part of the application process.

All land use applications must be submitted for a pre-application meeting. This includes subdivision proposals, Conditional Use Permits (CUP) proposals, Zone Change Requests.  The pre-application meeting is recommended for any proposed annexation request or other development projects that may have a significant impact on its surrounding area or on city services. At the pre-application meeting division heads from the different City Departments review and comment on a proposed development and their impact on public facilities, services and regulations governing development in the City.
