Labor Agreements

The City has five separate collective bargaining agreements covering approximately 33% of its employees. The following is a listing of the union contracts: Fire (IAFF), Police, Support Services Division, Water Treatment Plant (IBEW) and Laborers International (LIUNA) covering Parking. All labor agreements expire on June 30 on differing years depending on the duration negotiated.
