Labor Agreements

The City has four separate collective bargaining agreements covering approximately 32% of its employees. The following is a listing of the union contracts: Fire (IAFF), Police, Support Services Division and Laborers International (LIUNA) covering Parking. All labor agreements expire on June 30 on differing years depending on the duration negotiated.
