Code Enforcement
Code Enforcement was established in the summer of 2008. This position combines the enforcement of codes for both the parks and recreation and public works departments. This position existed prior to 2008 as two separate jobs, based on the time of year. Ultimately the two departments pooled resources and created a year-round position to process complaints and enforce city codes that relate to both departments.
These six ordinances are:
- Boulevards
- Parking Requests
- Parkland Encroachments
- Sidewalks
- Sidewalk Snow and Ice Removal
- Weeds
