Parkland Encroachments

Helena is forever changing and extending its borders adding new parks and open lands.  It is important to check the ownership of the surrounding lots to see if you're near parks or open lands.  Then if you need to encroach on the park you contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 447-8463 or for open space contact the Natural Resource Coordinator at 447-8454.
