Helena Public Arts

Helena Citizens Council
Operating independently from the City Commission or City Officials, the HCC shall advise the City Commission of the various problems relating to the annual budget and make recommendations relating to the future development of the City.

Helena International Affairs Council
The HIAC supports efforts to enhance the Queen City's economic and cultural development through successful and sustained cooperative involvement with other people, cities, businesses, and organizations.
